Use a lip lead to prevent your lipstick from penetrating the lines around the lips. Cover your entire lips with lip liner, making sure it matches the color of the lipstick you are using. Not only will your lipstick bleed, it will also make your lipstick last longer.

To prevent your lipstick from spreading over the lips around the lips, align the lips with a lip pencil that matches the color of your lipstick.
